Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Who controls your data

I Own This Page Now (the “Site”) belongs to and was created by Elerion s.r.o. (“Elerion”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Elerion is the controller of personal data processed to operate the Site, except where a third-party provider acts as a separate controller for its own service.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password hash, email-verification status, and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google account identifier and profile image URL.
  • Claim and public-profile data: display name, email address, avatar, biography, website and social links, claim status, purchase amount, claim dates, and your acceptance of the terms.
  • Transaction data: checkout and order identifiers, payment status, and related records. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by the Site.
  • Technical data: session identifiers, IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, security events, server logs, and similar information generated when you use the Site.
  • Communications: information you send when requesting support, exercising a privacy right, or otherwise contacting Elerion.

3. Public information

The service is intentionally public. Your display name, avatar, biography, website and social links, claim amount, claim timing, and ownership history may be displayed publicly and indexed by search engines. Your email address, password, private management token, and full payment details are not intended to be public. Do not submit sensitive personal data or content you do not want published.

4. Why we use personal data

We use personal data to provide accounts and claims, process and confirm purchases, publish and manage profiles, preserve the ownership history, authenticate users, send service messages, answer requests, prevent fraud and abuse, secure and troubleshoot the Site, understand aggregate usage, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the activity, our legal bases are performance of a contract or steps requested before entering one, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Site, and consent where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Service providers and recipients

We may disclose relevant data to providers that support hosting, storage, security, email delivery, analytics, authentication, avatar generation, and technical operations. We require processors to handle personal data only under appropriate instructions and safeguards.

Polar processes checkout and payment information and may act as merchant of record and a separate controller. Google processes information when you use Google sign-in or load Google-hosted fonts. The Site also uses a Plausible analytics instance to measure usage and may request generated avatars from UI Avatars when no custom avatar is available. Those providers process data under their own notices and terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Slovakia or the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism and apply appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including providing the service, meeting accounting and legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and enforcing agreements.

Public claim and ownership-history information is designed to remain available as part of the permanent archive. Account, transaction, security, backup, and communication records may be retained for different periods based on operational and legal needs. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required, subject to legal obligations and valid exceptions to deletion rights.

8. Your data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive information about its processing;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion or restriction of processing;
  • receive data you provided in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
  • lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or your local supervisory authority.

These rights may be limited by law, including where data is needed for legal obligations, legal claims, or the rights of others. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password and private claim-management links confidential and contact Elerion if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone who cannot legally enter into these terms. If you believe a child has provided personal data unlawfully, contact Elerion so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy by publishing a revised version and changing the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

To ask a privacy question or exercise a data-protection right, contact Elerion s.r.o. using the company contact details recorded in the Slovak Commercial Register. You may also contact the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
